HomeShare is a hit

There has been a significant response to the State Government’s HomeShare Scheme over the last three months. 32 properties have been sold, generating over $7 million. Tassie Home Loans has lent close to $6 million to young couples and single parent families, with an average loan of $185,000. Without this scheme, these customers would not be eligible to borrow sufficient funds to purchase a property through normal financial institution sources. Read more about HomeShare.
