The extensive process that we undertake on your behalf to ensure you get the best home loan will incur a fee of $220.00 (including GST). This fee will be charged only in the event that our services lead to lodgement of a loan application on your behalf. This is a one off payment. If the loan is not approved for reasons beyond your control we will refund this amount.
